Is my data kept separate from other organizations?
Yes, completely. Each organization gets its own isolated database. There is no sharing of tables or data between organizations on the platform — your data is never mixed with anyone else's.
What is the workspace URL and can I change it?
Your workspace URL is revisionguru.lk/your-slug/. The slug is chosen at registration. Contact support if you need it changed after setup.
How many users and clients can I add?
There are no hard limits on users or clients during the trial and standard plans. Add as many managers, employees, and clients as your team needs.
Can clients see time logs or billing information?
No. The client portal is strictly read-only and shows only task lists, statuses, and a monthly progress ring. Billing, time logs, and staff information are never visible to clients.
What payment types are supported for clients?
Monthly (recurring every month), Quarterly (applied in January, April, July, October), and One-Time (applied in the month the client was created or a specified month).
Can I export reports to PDF?
Yes. The Admin panel includes a PDF report export for any selected month, covering income, cost, profit, and hours per client. You can also export attendance and timesheet data.
